How to register in the website?

To register, go to www.neptunecorp.net and fill up the necessary information to create your Account. There will be an SMS or Email confirmation that will be sent to you upon registration.

How to add an additional delivery address?

You may change or add delivery addresses on the “My Account” page. To change or add, simply go to the upper right corner beside the cart button and click the downward arrow. Click “My Addresses” and input or update necessary details.

How to update Mobile Number?

To update the mobile number, simply go to the upper right corner beside the cart button and click the downward arrow. Click “My Addresses” and update the mobile number of your delivery address.

I forgot my password. 

You may click “Forgot Password” and input your email address. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.

What are the payment options?

We accept Credit and Debit Cards (VISA and MASTERCARD), Grabpay, Paymaya, Gcash, coins.ph, 7-eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier and MLhuillier via our payment gateway partner, Xendit.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not encourage canceling orders so the moment you have paid, your order will not be canceled. Cancellation takes place ONLY when your order falls below the minimum purchase of P 1,100 and will refund your money.

What will happen if my order purchase is below minimum?

Your order will not be processed or canceled. Our minimum purchase for FMCG is P 1,100.

What will happen if my order is out of stock?

Once you checkout, an order confirmation will be sent to you. This is an advisory of your payment and out-of-stock items on your order. If your order fall below the minimum purchase, your order may be canceled. However, you may reorder.

What if I’m not available when my order arrives?

We will send an SMS, advising you that your order is for delivery. You may authorize someone to receive the order on your behalf. Kindly present a valid ID for reference.

How do I know the status of my delivery?

After payment, you may go to “My Account” to track the status of your order. You will also receive an SMS advising you that your order will be delivered. The standard Delivery date is 1-3 days after payment confirmation.

Is there a return/ refund policy?

Our team makes sure that orders are carefully delivered.

If a situation such as broken or missing items, kindly email us at support@neptunecorp.net and provide proof so we can attend to your concern properly.

Do you have COD?

Our system was built to a seamless and cashless orders specially because of pandemic.
